Charlie Brown and Schroeder are sitting at a round table in a room. Schroeder is writing and Charlie Brown is watching him. Schroeder says, "I've worked up some interesting statistics here about our baseball team, Charlie Brown..."<BR><BR> With paper in hand, Schroeder turns to Charlie Brown and continues, "I think you'll find that they say something to us...."<BR><BR> Schroeder reads to a listening Charlie Brown. He reads, "Last year our opponents scored three thousand and forty runs to our six! They made forty-nine hundred hits to our eleven and they made ninteen errors to our three hundred..."<BR><BR> Schroeder turns towards a grimacing Charlie Brown who says loudly, "Tell your statistics to shut up!!"<BR><BR>

That seems more like praise for the opposing team than how incompetent Charlie Brown’s team is. Who are they playing against, the LA Dodgers?!

He’s hopeless at baseball and kite-flying, but you know, he’s a pretty good neighbor. Funny how he gets no credit for that.
