You’re obviously not claustrophobic, Arlo.

Maybe the look is the result of having to rely on a lowly human to open the closet door. Pure embarrassment.

Why Arlo? Haven’t you ever been so embarrassed you could just die?

And yet……….it never stops them from hiding in the closet again.

We were away when Hurricane Floyd dropped a tree on our house. One of the girls stopped by from time-to-time to back sure the place hadn’t fallen down and on her last visit pulled the bedroom door shut. We came home two days later to discover she’d locked our cats in there.

It’s amazing how much three cats with no food or water can produce in two days. The bedclothes could be washed, but we had to pull up the wall-to-wall and buy a new mattress.

My cat once spent an entire day in the closet. I went crazy looking for her, even thinking she may have got outside. Then I finally remembered she was in the bedroom while I was getting ready for work and there she was. Only she never made a sound.

We’ve had the same problem with one of our mutts, she goes into the bathroom with the door closer and then can’t get out.

My cats think the closet is the most desirable real estate in the house.

A narrow escape!

JJ may be on vacation -these last few days have been from 2018 and the retro hasn’t been updated since Tuesday.

Our sweet girl likes to dart into the lower cabinets in the kitchen. She’s super quiet and we’ve left her there for HOURS!!! She’s SUPER relived when we find her! :D
