I'm 'Peppermint' Patty, your tent monitor . . ."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty smiles and says, "Actually, my name really isn't 'Peppermint' Patty . . That's just a kick-name my dad gave me . . He also calls me his 'Rare gem.'"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty asks, "Now, what are your names?"<BR><BR> Clara replies, "After all that, what can we say?"<BR><BR>

First appearance of Clara, Sophie, and Shirley, the three girls who attended summer camp with Peppermint Patty. Clara bears a striking resemblance to Marcie. Sophie was the first person to call PP “sir” (a trait later used by Marcie). Shirley was merely hanging along with the other two.
