A Basset is not designed for jogging. Mine would go with me, but when she got tired, and that didn’t take long, she just laid down and wouldn’t move until she was ready. Also what we did couldn’t really be called jogging.

Fred?…It ain’t Fred without Fred
A couple of years ago, our local paper was removing Fred. I was the last caller to the newspaper manager that convinced him to keep Fred.
