Have to laugh at the blanket policy of ‘all shower heads must be low flow’. Manufactures figured out how to get around it, easily removable restrictors and if you’re rich they just add multiple heads. God rescue us from the nanny state. In Michigan we are drowning in water, but in Arizona they have a shortage, blanket laws are crazy. As for your argument that it has to be that way to prevent people from buying across the border, see the second sentence. Humans find a way.
