How can he give the exucutioneer a tip with his hands tied behind his back?
Truer than one might think. It was the custom to pay the executioner so that he would do a good, quick job. Usually done by family, though.

You gotta love the expression on the condemned prisoner’s face!
A swift cut would be a blessing so we’d not have to look at that flabby chest any more.
Just tell him “Take an extra 10% off for yourself.”
(prfesser, if he’s dissatisfied he can take his business elsewhere next time.)
