We have a very noisy dog. We have tried four different muzzles, one of which took her almost half a minute to remove, scent and sound collars, professional training, no luck. The other two dogs are merely noisy.
SO, my theory was correct. The last 2 panels confirm the dogs are not TALKING. One has all the sound blocked, and that would be silly. We also know that it isnt some form of telethapy. So how are they communicating?
It appears that they are looking at each other’s expressions and interpretting the micro-expressions and body language. So now we know.
