I just need to know he's happy." Mrs. Olsen says, "You're not making sense." Frazz says, "Did you explain it?" Caulfield says, "The point was that I don't like explaining!"

A mathematical proof is a thing of beauty in its own right, and Caulfield is a little brat sometimes – actually quite a lot, but sometimes, as here, with no justification.

But this isn’t a mathematical proof, its 3rd grade math, not geometry. Also, a lot of the time caulfield can be extremely upstanding, i.e. when he delivered hot chocolate to charity workera
