Which is better: 1. Have the wedding and reception in a convenient to all, inexpensive location (Dad’s back yard) so everyone can attend or, 2. Have a destination wedding in Tahiti that sends some of the disgruntled attendees into bankruptcy?
My dad had eight daughters, & back then, always offered the fiance $100 & a ladder to their bedroom window, & even also offered to help hold the ladder!
