I hate making phone calls, too.

Can’t say I blame him.

Why do you need to telephone? All the available appointments are on the site, you simply select the slot you want, confirm, job done…

At least he’s giving time for doctors to focus on COVID.

Perhaps the doctor is using the phone calls as a form of triage. Thus the doctor knows where to put the patient on the urgent list. Doctors also know what forms of illness are going around in their areas :-)

I bearly go to a doctor too.

The doctor wants him to phone so he can wait online for an hour while operators are busy ‘serving other customers,’

I think it’s kind of sad that we all would rather text or type instead of talk as if talking is so inconvenient. I do understand that if you’re on the phone all day at work, the last thing you want to do when you get home is be on the phone again. But, to hear and be heard with another person is to become really intimate (not sexually) with them and I fear that we’ve lost that desire. :(

I do not like being put on-hold endlessly then told the doctor will call me later. But it is the only way during Covid.

I don’t get it.

Okay, so new comics are going up on his tumbler, but nothing here. This has happened before. Soooooo, it looks like we get the stale reruns when he feels like posting. Either he wants to deal with GC and his fan base here, or he doesn’t. I feel kinda yanked around, like we’re second class fans. Maybe some folks have time to go searching another site everyday, but I don’t. I mean it’s just a comic, my life does not depend on reading it, no matter how cute and sweet. I think he should make up his mind and commit here, or just admit it’s too much to maintain both sites.

Hoping everything is okay on the comic home front!
