I wonder how Lil gets all the burial gigs. Does the funeral home have her on retainer?

Poor guy was already washed up when he overloaded the washing machine with soap and it overcame him….

When my parents returned to Baltimore ‘92 Daddy was already on dialysis so they went ahead and prepaid their funeral plans. When Mum died in 2011 I went to talk to the funeral director he told me the casket she had selected had been discontinued. "It was the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen – a huge orange pumpkin. In fact it was the only one of those we ever sold. I tried to talk her out of it, but she said she wasn’t taking it with her, and nobody would see it underground anyway."

Boy! That was my mother, all over! They gave me the next thing in line at no extra charge.

This strip went down the toilet pretty quickly.

Irv was an old Navy man and wished to be buried at sea, but the boat rental was too expensive.

No flowers … but a wilted dandelion/crabgrass arrangement in his old boots would have been a nice touch … (just an afterthought ….)
