I had been planning to go to Yellowstone the week before Memorial Day to beat the crowds. Good thing I couldn’t, because it was snowy and windy that whole week.
My dad’s scout troop at summer camp did that, too. He swore that some of the local farmers would actually pay for the kids to go to camp when it was particularly dry.
