Come on, these days pets provide company, friendship and relaxation. It’s an essential service.

Wife works from home. She asked to her boss for a budget for cat scratchies times. Seriously. Cats are very happy to have someone home everyday.

Sounds like the “co-workers” have the right idea! This is why I could not work from home!

One of my co-workers, the one with four legs, curls up behind my chair and snores. That never happened in the office. Although there were two occasions when I have found co-workers lying on the floor. One was merely trying to stretch out her back; the other was genuinely sick. I drove her home.

Slacker? Emotional support is hard work…

Actually, it looks like they are doing their jobs nicely — allowing their person to focus and be productive.

That’s not a problem—- it’s the normal office environment.

I’ve worked in actual offices full of human slackers. This is vastly preferable!

Everyone in my company is a Slacker! We use Slack as our collaboration tool…

I have had some 2 legged co-workers where if they slept all day productivity would go up as they wouldn’t be making more work for everyone else to fix their efforts.

I’ve gotta hand it to my cat … I have regularly scheduled stretching and walk breaks, and he almost always rouses himself to participate.
