At this time of year, what else? Meat, meat and more meat!

So far, I’m still following this strip… but we are seeing less and less of Heart and more and more of Charlotte. I love that she added an African American character… but it is called “Heart of the city” it should still primarily be about Heart.

She wants what all kids want for dinner: soy loaf with a kale, watercress, and bean-sprout salad.

Seeing the board is reminding me of The Question who is one of the superheroes they had on Justice League Unlimited.

Charlotte has a Nola menu. She has been to Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant in the New Orleans’ French Quarter. Do they deliver all the way to Philadelphia?

Should change the name of the strip to “Peripheral characters who somehow know Heart Lamarr”

Say what you will, but Charlotte is becoming the focus. She is presented as smart and interesting while Heart is now pretty shallow and self-absorbed. I am still following since the strip still seems interesting but the shift of characters is evident. This is not a rant but a personal observation.

I feel like the people who are complaining about Charlotte’s arc and saying the name of the strip should change are the same people who would go wild over having an arc about Mrs. Angelini again.

Story/character arcs are a thing in just about every medium of entertainment. It’s not new or unique to Heart.

All strings point to….

Apartment 3-G ended in November 2015 when Frank Bolle retired from drawing it. King Comics chose to end it rather than get a new artist. Not sure what you meant by lease?
