Real estate agent: Great! Just when I duped them into believing that the bullet holes in the windows were from an old mob shooting in the '30s, *this* happens!
The real estate crash of the 2009 and 10 and 11 ….. Not a great time to be a realtor, but I hear they are buying up, along with lots of investors, all the cheap wonderful real estate in Florida.
@dfowensby The house is a lemon, with rotted-out floors and probably in an area with lots of gang violence. The real estate agent almost closed the sale anyways, but the gullible buyers fell through the floor before she could close the sale.
