If we’re still in Libya in 2017 (as a continuation of the no-fly initiative), it could certainly be tagged to Obama. Bush and Cheney took us into Iraq and Afghanistan and left office without concluding anything, so, yes, rack those two up to Bush-Dick. But once again, if we’re STILL there in 2017, Obama will certainly share the credit / blame.

Our troops have served elsewhere, effectively, under NATO command. Our egocentric cowboys who always want to go it alone, should be dropped into a “hot spot”, naked, and allowed to do so.
