Just turn it to 76 to 78 during the day. That’s what I do. As long as I don’t do jumping jacks, it can be quite comfortable. I live in FL, first 9 years here, I couldn’t use the HVAC (would have cost half my rent to run), so I learned ways to keep comfortable. After we got converted to central air, that’s what I have it set as.
