When very young two things bothered me. 1. Thinking perhaps that Gremlins might actually exist ( the best acting done by the Future Capt. Kirk) about the Gremlin on the planes wing. 2. The twirling barber shop pole that kinda looked like a possible entrance to the twilight zone.
