Can’t resist an open window, either especialy when there is a slight breeze and birds chirping. Except when there is no screen and all of the biting bugs arrive as well.
we had a cockatiel named Jitterbug. he was a character and used the bottom of our medicine cabinet as his hideout. we would leave the one door open and he would go and hide inside. when one of us would come back into to bathroom he would come to the open area and squack at us and peck on the bottom of the shelf. he would also sit on top of the shower rod and sit there while you we were showering. after a while he would spread his wings and take in the mist/steam from the hot water. he was a card and one of a kind.

Yesterday somebody was hoping he’d be taken home safely.

Doesn’t Ziggy have a bird similar to that one? I wonder if he’ll show up to get him.

judging by his comment in the final panel; does this mean Al will become a semi-regular?

Al is a Cockatiel right? I think they’re one of those birds that can learn to imitate human speech.

Well, the good samaritian is here to help you and find your way back to home. But Al, think of remaining around this house. You won’t regret.
