You need to sign this form. It states you can’t sue us or our parent company should you get Covid-19. Just like going to a Trump re-election rally. In fact, we copied it from them.

Thank goodness they opened back up. It was getting harder to control my diabetes without being able to exercise. And before you self-centered insensitive individuals who are concerned about getting a new version of the flu start blabbering about “you can always run” don’t have a personal understanding with what running does to blood sugar and can bring you down way to quickly, without warning. You can’t just switch exercise processes on a dime when there are underlying concerns.

A risk chart published in the New York Post ranks gym use right behind drinking at a bar as some of the most dangerous activities people can do. It certainly is not recommended for those over 60 and/or weakened immune system.

Better to die of Covid-19 than to live a few pounds overweight, eh?

Because exercising at home, while social distancing is totally not an option. Right?

I’ve enjoyed having the extra time to do a lot of exercising and walking. I’ve also been in touch with a lot of my gym friends. We haven’t even started to make plans to start up yet, but I think what they will do will include a lot of distancing and outdoor exercising.
