Latest evidence that Trump is a vicious, virulent racist?
His original to resume crowded rallies — no masks or social distancing allowed — starting with a rally on Friday, June 19, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which he only postponed (by one day) after there was far more public blowback than the racist could have anticipated.
For Trump to initially choose Juneteenth (June 19th), an annual African American holiday to celebrate the end of slavery, at the site of the worst massacre of blacks (and the decimation of their amazing economic success when they “pulled themselves up by their bootstraps”) to reopen his campaign goes way beyond insensitivity — it is pandering to the white supremacists and rubbing the noses of African Americans in the bullshit of his putrid racism.
Trump does not speak in dog whistles, he bellows with a fog horn that everyone can hear, and he doesn’t care.
It is entirely possible that Trump, a historical illiterate, was unaware of either the significance of Juneteenth or Tulsa, but you know darn well that Stephen Miller, Trump’s minister of POOPaganda and the reincarnation of Joseph Goebbels knew and, when presented to Trump, must have really excited the racist in the White House.
Word is that Trump will give a speech on racial healing written for him by Stephen Miller. Having Stephen Miller write a speech on racial justice is like having his past-life mentor Joseph Goebbels write a speech on anti-Semitism.
Trump anticipates a crowd of 800,000. Tulsa has a population of 401,000 that means within the very least 400,000 people are going to have to figure out if Tulsa can accommodate that man magats
A weird side effect of this controversy is that more Americans than ever are now aware that “something bad” happened “a long time ago” in Tulsa. It’s well worth looking up online and reading about. It’s an example of how Americans bury their own atrocities by simply never talking about them. But thousands homeless, hundreds murdered? How dare we forget?
Interestingly enough, prior to the present controversy, the event that probably brought the Tulsa shame to the attention of most present day Americans was the first episode of the recent HBO mini-series Watchmen. I mean, it’s one thing to know that a prosperous residential and business neighborhood was attacked with guns and bombs, reportedly even with aerial bombardment, but quite another to see it portrayed visually. And the human toll is also portrayed with vignettes about individual victims.
Of course, if the virus is NO PROBLEM any longer, then WHY does anyone that wants to attend have to sign a waiver that they won’t sue Hair Furor or the RNC WHEN (not if…)they come down with the Coronavirus??
Come to Tulsa and personally try and catch the “flu” to show your undying, or not, support for our dear leader. No shoes, no shirt, no mask, come right in. No signed waiver, watch the show on our outdoor Jumbotron. $20 donation required.
He WANTS his support base to sicken and die! Whilst refusing responsibility for rallying them in public. Not that his supporters will realize this. Even when it’s too late.
Jesus must love the fascists. He’s welcoming them in record numbers. With open arms.

I’m surprised that they didn’t cut off the lower part of the front of the hood so that no one would think that they were wearing masks.

Even if you choose not to watch the entire nine hour series, this first episode is well worth viewing.

You’ll notice they are standing on the wrong side of the road with their backs to on-coming traffic. A perfect depiction of trump’s followers.

I wonder how many people who have an active case of COVID-19 will go out of their way to attend.

THAT’S CRAZY ! It’s not safe to hitchhike these days with all the kooks out there. At least they’ve got masks on to prevent getting Covid-19.
