G’day Jason, Dry, JFri, Ottod, Meggsiefan, Frank and all Meggsie’s mates.

Listen Coogan, being a mate of Ginger’s I have never liked you. Sarcasm like that reveals an inner jealousy because you haven’t got any friends. Take note: Fitzzy and Ginger didn’t always get along but they made up a few years ago.

Grafitti: Can you be out of your mind when having an out of body experience? Anyone heard of the Mobius bottle.

    ’Allo, everyone!

Us Fellers: I think you might mean a Klein bottle. A Moebius strop is a one -sided two dimensional object; a Klein bottle is a one-sided three-dimensional object. See http://www.kleinbottle.com/ for further details. Neither a stock-holder or customer of that establishment am I; just an amused onlooker. Though I might buy one of their jigsaw puzzles…

Graffitti: Of all the things I’ve lost, I think I miss my mind the most.

Saskfan: Yes, you are correct in that you have entered into the eternal argument over the naming of that bottle. Paper Mobius (Moebius if you like) strips were fascinating things to feed in to early computers via the paper tape reader. All one had to do was punch characters that had a parity hole because that would take the place of the sprocket hole each alternative read of the strip and vice versa. The machine I was on could pick up if some data had been entered twice but it couldn’t cope with the constant change of characters.
