Just because some governor says it’s OK to resume your normal activities doesn’t mean I am going anywhere without a mask, gloves and glasses. Then I stay at least an aisle away from anyone who isn’t wearing a mask. I buy as much as possible of things that do not need refrigeration and leave them in the car for three days. Produce is allowed to float in hot water for an hour. What’s still fit to eat I buy more of the next time. So far, once it’s chilled again,everything spoils more quickly but tastes fine. Maybe this isn’t a normal life, but it really isn’t that awful.

My inlaws are 89 and 90 and they live in Florida. I’m terrified that they won’t see the end of the year because of the idiot governor down there.
