    Most pay phones I see are in neighborhoods where you don’t leave the car.

    Broomie is WAAY past old. 1500 years is nigh on extinct. Wonder how old Gaylord and Irwin are? And the munchkin too.

    IF it’s ever proven that cell phones cause brain cancer, all the manufacturers and service providers will shut down, hide their money in off shore accounts and declare bankruptcy before the multi-billion dollar class-action law suits start flooding in. Those who have no other way to communicate will be in trouble! (I don’t use a cordless phone either – radiation and brain cells don’t mix well…)

    @Doctor Toon: In Superman: The Movie, which came out in the late ’70s, Clark was disappointed to find no phone booths to change in, so he used a revolving door instead.
