Lew–if you only get ten G’s a show, you’re not a “big rock singer” anymore!

Adjusting song lyrics for inflation is such a chore.

Jimmy is an icon from the past. Today’s Social Justice songs go something like this:

“N**s in the Bronx call me Lex cause I push a Lex, and I rock a Rolex and I lounge on Lex’, and I love sex.” - Peter Gunz

“When it’s hot I’m duckin’ them people with my firearm Look I be straight thuggin.” - Turk

“Hood n*a from Bankhead, I stay by Grandma Nana I lay by my banana, dumpin’ and punkin’ monkeys.” - Young Dro

“If you don’t bring back my m*fn money or my mfn dope, you can forget about Christmas na, cause you ain’t gon even see New Years.” - Master P

“Got a Bill in my mouth like I’m Hillary Rodham.” - Ali G

I wonder if Ghadafi wants these guys performing at his parties?

nemesys, of course Ghadafi wants these guys performing at his parties.

I think being a punk or a rocker or a punk rocker kind of does one in rather early in life….. except for Mick Jagger.

odeliasimone, that explains me, then. I managed and ran sound/lights for a punk band in the early 80’s. My ears still ring from the experience.

Qaddafi doesn’t need these guys. He knows how to do rock himself. Look at this:

Quite a playlist Nemesys has on his iPod. I can imagine him bobbing his head and snapping his fingers while writes his post.

Dang Nems, yo slick … for what it’s worth

I prefer Geronimo Jackson. I can get lost in that.

    “Dictator dates!”

Be careful you pronounce the “tator” when you say that phrase.

This kinda reminds me of the debate of whether general contractors should get involved in building the Death Star.
