He looks rattled and constricted.

Looks like he had a fight with a hissing radiator and won…or lost.
The rattlesnake’s less known relative, the radiator snake.
I like, “puff adder.” To that, we can add: “radiator rattler,” “accordian asp” and “Slinky serpent.”
At first I thought it was just some happy intestines, but then I read the bottom. I think thats half of the joke, and as for the other half?…. Heating pads and Ben-Gay…
