Pluggers can’t play golf well, and neither can their entire community. (Sorry. I just think it’s incredibly boring, and all that land would make a nice graveyard instead.)
I had a friend who would tee off, then walk up through the woods or weeds on the side looking for balls. We went to Mrytle Beach to golf, and he did that. I said “Hey! Did you read this sign?” He came over and it said “Beware of snakes and alligators. Stay out of rough!”
Unfortunately the snakes and gators don’t stay in the rough, they get out on the main course too. That can make the approach to the Green trickier than normal.
When I was playing golf in florida while visiting a friend, any round in which we came back with more balls than we went out with was a mega win (regardless of scores we posted)

Would a Plugger play golf? I’ve heard that the sport in question’s a “good walk, spoiled”.;D

Being a bear, that’s not the only business he’s interested in the woods.

More fun to drive the cart then play the game of golf ;-)

…and none of the nine balls he found were his original lost ball.

Only a Plugger would carry all his clubs into the woods to look for a ball.

Its a ground round if you find a Titleist.

Looks like there’s a golf-ball eating tree on the course.
