Only the English would breed a short legged dog to hunt rabbits! It’s like the time they decided that Gypsy Rose Lee was not proper for England, so they gave her two years to put her clothes back on and leave the country!!! ( I actually heard Gypsy Rose Lee say that on television in San Francisco one time! :-)
