Put the chips down and excersize!!! Hubby would not and just had 4 liters of fluid drained from his abdomen. Blood pressure thru the roof. This was caused by weeks of inactivity binge watching and eating poorly. Now he can barely walk, is on an extreme diet and has lost a lot of muscle mass. Stay healthy and stay safe!!!!

Thankfully, last month, our county parks opened with limited facilities. I belong to a local model sailing club. I go twice a week, so I’ve been able to partially regain what little sanity remained.

Spoken like a self-profiting politician! Want to bet which offices he could win in which states?

We subscribe to multiple digital access newspapers from two nations. One is the Miami Herald (chosen because of careful reporting; we do not live there) and today I learned that in Miami Dade (which is NOT taking anywhere near the level of precautions needed) they added the “precautions” of having restaurants close no later than 12:01a, and banning lap dances.

Meanwhile, in the state where we do live the reopening of indoor dining has been delayed due to a slight R value uptick. It makes sense. Takeout meals work, outdoor dining works, and lives get saved.

I’ve been getting out of the house plenty. It’s called yard work.
