Sorry, Dan. That only works on kids. I worked a face to face order window at McDonald’s and a kid wanted ice cream and the mom said “Oh, their ice cream machine is broken right, ma’am (meaning me).” Ironically, it wasn’t a lie. It really was broken that day.
Ice cream is the gateway drug for me – gateway to more and more ice cream that is. Once started (especially if it’s Tin Roof Sundae, or coconut-almond-fudge), I can’t stop… so I loved this strip.
