I have a friend that camps with a cloud over him. His campouts have caused snow in July, tornadoes, gale-force lake effect thunderstorms, and ended a 2 month drought with 10’ of rain in one night.
You need an atlas and a meteorological survey.
Find where there is a drought, and go there. You’ll be a hero!
Just don’t wash your car when you plan the vacation.
Kinda wish we did get thunder storms so I’d have an excuse to stay home.
