    Trump Disciples all believe that only 150,000 deaths from Covid constitutes doing a great job.

    And, they are convinced it is a beautiful, incredibly successful job that only Their Messiah could achieve.

    .

    Also, anyone who wants a test can get a test.

    What’s really weird is that the rioting that the orange one proclaims will happen if Biden becomes president is exactly what is happening under the Der Gropenfurhers “presidency”!

    And the media and the trumpherroids don’t see it!!

    Meanwhile… Back in reality….

    ‘Cancel Culture’ 1st amendment violation by way of the Federal Government.

    ~

    A judge ordered the release from prison of Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer on Thursday, saying he believed the government retaliated against him for writing a book about Trump.

    Michael Cohen’s first amendment rights were violated when he was ordered back to prison on 9 July after probation authorities said he refused to sign a form banning him from publishing the book or communicating publicly in other manners, the US district judge Alvin K Hellerstein said.

    Hellerstein ordered Cohen released from prison by 2pm on Friday.

    Cohen, 53, sued federal prison officials and the attorney general, William Barr, on Monday, saying he was ordered back to prison because he was writing a book to be released before the November presidential election.

    He has been in isolation at an Otisville, New York, prison camp.

    The lawsuit said the book would address “Trump’s personality and proclivities, his private and professional affairs, and his personal and business ethics”.

    The lawsuit said the government’s demand that Cohen agree not to speak to or through any media, including by publishing a book, violated his first amendment rights.

    Stantis lying about the Left…

    How… Completely expected……

    When Democrats rail against income inequality, that doesn’t mean they believe all incomes should be equal, in spite of what Trump and some Republicans want you to think.

    No Democrat—not Nancy Pelosi, not AOC, not any of them—believes that. What they are talking about is income injustice.

    They’re talking about:

    Wage growth for workers at the bottom of the income ladder growing 1 percent in the last 40 years, while income for the top earners rose by 347 percent.

    The 40 percent of Americans today who could not handle a $400 emergency.

    The 1-in-6 Americans who experience food insecurity daily—which amounts to 49 million of our fellow citizens, including over 16 million kids.

    .

    All while Trump and his Senate enablers give a $ 1 trillion to the richest Americans in a tax cut;

    …while Trump bails out a private jet company owned by one of his donors to the tune of $27 million;

    …while the deficit reaches the highest percent of GDP since World War II;

    …while Trump charges the American people hundreds of thousands of dollars to hold events at his private properties.

    .

    None of this represents a free market.

    None of this has anything to do with the American values of innovation, hard work, and competition.

    It is simply a transfer of wealth: from the poor and middle-class to the rich.

    And the transfer happened not because the rich worked harder or created more value, but because they had more money to give to lobbyists and politicians.

    Every time a corporation gets bailed out with American tax dollars and uses it for stock buybacks or corporate bonuses, we are watching the market become less free, and capitalism continue its slide into oligarchy.

    If you look around the internet today, you’ll see lots of people saying, “Players knelt on Opening Day so I’m never watching baseball again!”

    Because in Right-Wing World, protesting racism is worse than racism.

    Here’s a nice interview that touches on the original cancel culture that has led to the current reaction: https://www.npr.org/2018/08/09/634991713/lies-my-teacher-told-me-and-how-american-history-can-be-used-as-a-weapon

    Looks like Tom Pain moved on to Two Party Opera.

    Same content, different channel.

    That somehow, anyone to the left of Atilla the Hun must be a Marxist out to destroy America. Oh, and how lawful and wonderful those stormtroopers are, trying to rescue the cities from their own citizens.

    And just yesterday, I got a dose of my son-in-law defending the defamation of Doctor Fauci. He tried to play the “neutral” card but, “if you agree with Fauci, then your mind must be made up and you have no objectivity” is what he told me.

    This is not the son-in-law stuck in Atlanta – whose son is afraid to jog because people like him are hunted down regularly.

    I know America is divided.

    I’m just scared that, so is my family!
