I’ve passed open kitchen doors after eating at a fancy place, and see the mountain of dirty dishes, pot, pans, etc., and the poor lone dishwasher!!

Buy a couple of machines and hire an attendant!

Needed!!

Stick them on the back of a van & go through the car wash.

From the looks of it, you could negotiate a salary.

Try keeping up with silverware!

I worked as a dishwasher in high school in the early Sixties. My first day was a Friday and I couldn’t keep up. No machines, all hand washed.

Our favorite local restaurant “always” has that same sign in the window. It makes us leery about how clean the dishes are if they haven’t been able to hire a dish washer!

What did one plate say to the other? Dinner is on me.

How did they get all those dirty dishes while they’ve been closed down?
