Some years back, the DC universe published a graphic novel (“Identity Crisis,” I think) which explained why superheroes needed secret identities (spoiler warning: it was to assure the safety of innocent people like their friends, relatives and spouses). Now we see the same argument works to explain why superheroes shouldn’t have secret identities!

In his secret identity, Dynaman DOES wear glasses. Even with the rest of his costume on, it’s enough to fool Captain Victorious.
