No, he’s not being “so Dad” about it, Dad would say “ok, Sweetie”. He is being “potential employer” about it, “Tell me your qualifications”.

And he sure to withhold taxes, so she learns how the government steals wages!

Just remember, when you are interviewing for a job you should also be interviewing the company. Do you want to work there?
