I remember the sky while sailing on the M/V Amazing Grace, brillant specks of light.

I lived in the country in Missouri in the 40s and 50s and the Milky Way was fabulous to see.

Me too, Chariton county. Stars and fireflies and very little pollution

Rover is the only Dog Star Red needs…Siriusly!

I remember looking at the stars from my sleeping bag. Then I wondered where the heck the tent went.

Ah, the good old days when it was safe to sleep outside. And be out of the city enough to see stars. I used to sleep on the beach.
