It looks more like a Sippy Cup than a liquor flash IMHO. I suspect ace reporter Marty Moon left it there by mistake when he hid under the table to get the big scoop on the School Board meeting.
The biggest scoop from this school board meeting is that they are all wearing suits… including Picard with his sweater vest.

My money’s on the math teacher. When Al-Jo learns her mentor is getting the boot she’ll organize a sit-in.
Could they drag out this exciting, tension-filled board decision any longer? Oh wait, of course they can.
How many times can they jump back to this so-called storyline without making any progress on it?
