    You’re all doomed …

My 2 like to catch moths on the back deck in the evening then leave the bodies in the middle of the living room for me to clean up – sigh

Pippi, the mighty hunter! Fargo will chase them, but he won’t kill them and he would never eat them. Only one of our cats was a mighty hunter and Tigger was worth his weight in gold, when it came to flies, spiders and, of all things, mosquitos!!! (We watched him catch one right out of the air, with one swipe of his large, very furry paw.)

Doesn’t Pip look happy and pleased with herself-not so much the dragonfly .

I once saw a cat catch a dragonfly and carry it around in it’s mouth. Poor dragonfly. :(

Pipi, let the dragonfly go. It may be a fairy, and you don’t want to anger the fae.

We live next to a field…and during spring and summer we occasionally get an assortment of bugs from that field. One year we ended up with “Bugsy”, a pet fig beetle ( a beautiful green metallic scarab variety ), after rescuing it from Pippi. XD

I wonder if Pippi would consider forsaking dragonflies for Japanese beetles.
