When I posted days ago the word I wanted is rearranging the desk. This promoted boss has excellent hearing, see who is coming, checks on files, and gets more involved with workers then the prior one. A worker can see the screen but for me I can’t tell what is on screen. The Admin Assist has own office in smaller room. My location in bigger room with file cabinets behind. I get so nervous on files. I’m pt only. There is a lady in morning who is a whiner. She is older then I but if she gets me terminated I will hopefully go to a senior place see if they can help and I can draw unemployment.
This promoted boss is very particular and doesn’t like any mistake even by accident. Wants file’s to be gone through on regular basis. Yes they need hard copies other paperwork electronic.
