While living here in Puerto Rico, I put the Earthquake alert app on my phone. Since yesterday there have been 7-8 earthquakes. They have 5-10 almost everyday; usually in the 2-4 range in the southwest area of the island. I have alerts set for anything over a 5 because I live near Shacks beach, which was stuck my a Tsunami sometime in the early 1900’s; killing about 200 people.
Is the second person someone who obsessively checks all notifications or someone who is so socially disengaged that they get no notifications? I’m inclined to believe the latter.
