I guess he wouldn’t like steak tartare! I asked for it in a restaurant one time and the waiter asked me if I knew what it was!!! I WAS on the menu, and I had it often as a child!
If it’s seasoned and served at temp, there isn’t much else better. I’d rather do tartare than sushi.
