I need it to find my mobile

I was at a neighbors party and mentioned I still had mine. They all laughed. I need it, because you never know what will happen if your cell phone dies.

Laugh it up. When the power and cell towers are down, Gray can still make calls… but land lines are pricey to have put in so we don’t have one at this home. (I have a ham radio license so emergency wise, I’m all set)

More than 25 years in our home. The only time I’ve been without dialtone was when the failing power transformer caught the utility pole on fire. Phone company had it fixed that day, but power wasn’t restored ’til the next day.

I have a landline and a Tracfone I keep in my purse.

Relegated to a DSL modem.

Remember when you justified a $3000 lunchbox sized cell phone for ‘just in case’? Now it’s the other way around.

Enough about landlines. Where is “Beanie the Brownie”? It’s supposed to update December 1 through December 24 every year. But the last year was 2019.

These two have constant tech issues in their discussions. This cartoon wasn’t written this week. Or year.

Yes, it is the phone number I give out on websites, so that only known folks call me on the cell
