Yep, back in those days the regular crowd at the restaurant I worked in, had the guy who owned a near-by nursery. At that time of year, they flocked a lot of trees. He’d come into the restaurant, complaining how tired he was of flocking… the rest of the guys left no flocking jokes go unsaid.

One year the entire neighborhood decorated their trees the same way, it was a cluster flock. (Rim shot)

Eventually the flocking products were sold in hair colors to fill in thinning or bald areas. They probably made a lot more money selling it that way.
