Sounds like it will. The thing is past the lingo the weather guy who may just have only a communication degree and the network’s questionable weather modeling software. You can thank the nerdy folks at Noaa and the National weather service and the unpaid observers for your weather data. That data which companies like Accuweather want stop the NOAA and the weather from giving it out to the public who pays for it because they want to make you go through for the data.
