    Low-sodium foods can be hard to find in the grocery store. Fat-free, gluten free all over the place, but darned little reduced sodium.

    I feel this one…. With a family member with heart disease and diabetes cooking from scratch is all I Can do. Try buying low salt anything, even most canned vegetables and you’ll feel like you’ve gone on the worlds hardest scavenger hunt.
