I remember one year or another buying my programmer son in law the largest thumb drive available at Best Buy. It was 1 Gig and I think it cost me $125. He was all kinds of excited. But then I also remember hand assembling circuit boards at a bench in a factory setting in CT about 44 yrs ago. Follow the chart, bend the leads, put in the part, bend the leads over the circuit pattern and once all the parts were in, turn it over and solder them all. I think I did 12 boards a shift. The things we do for the love and care of our children. Sorry, lonely today, sick in bed w Covid. sigh…
