I am a true believer in the seafood diet. I see food, I eat it. No problem except having to buy 2 tickets on SouthWest Airlines for me. Keep this up and Broomie, you’ll have to get a bigger broom.

Don’t worry my little beauty queen, I always see ads on the net, “Lose 20 lbs in 20 days”

And we wonder why there are so many obese people in this country.

I’m not sure “never diet” and “gorge yourself” necessarily go together. But it doesn’t take much to sell Broomie on the idea!

One snack wrap always tastes like another.

A diet is not a temporary solution to a temporary problem. It’s a lifestyle. By going off of a diet you are choosing to go off of it’s results. Find one you can live with permanently or enjoy the yoyo ride.

ChukLitl, that’s only partly true. Some diets are designed to let you reach a target weight, some are designed to maintain that weight once reached. I’m over my “ideal” weight, and always have been, but I’m more or less OK with that because I haven’t gained anything in 20 years. But if I wanted to drop, say, 5 pounds a year, I’d still have to stop eventually. As William Purcell suggested, even if Broomie lost a pound a year, she couldn’t maintain that rate indefinitely.

Everyone should be a little “overweight”. Otherwise, the body would start consuming itself instead of stored fat.And there’s nothing wrong with eating over the sink, so stop bugging me about that, too.

Actually, the “Broomie diet” seems to work just fine for Dagwood, Jughead, and Shaggy; maybe they all know something that we don’t.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Coyote, I love those coyote pics you keep putting up. Never stop!

The only diet that Broomie can stick to is the SEE FOOD diet.
