Back in the 70s, I talked my friends into going to see a series of shorts called the NY Erotic Film Festival. I had seen it before and thought it was pretty cool. Some guys behind us kept yammering through the movie; one guy, who had seen it before kept saying stuff like, “Oh watch this.” “You’re not gonna believe what happens next,” etc. Finally I had had enough, and I turned around and said,“Hey man, shut the F*** up.” Out of the corner of my eye I saw my friends brace for a possible rumble. A few seconds later, some big biker dude, sitting in front of us, with several of his biker friends, turned around and said, “Right on, man”! I knew he, and his friends had our backs.

If you didn’t like the ending, why the Dickens would you go see it twice?

The ending was where he was ejected.

I’ve heard about theaters where patrons regularly talk and only outsiders object.
