A year later and still no perp walks. But those bp jackasses have the nerve to sue everyone in sight. Oh well, at least that ex-CEO Hayward got his life back.

^And make anyone who got paid by BP a waiver that they would not talk to the press, write a book, upload a video to youtube, etc.

Yeah, those poor oil companies. We’re just too mean to them.

Perhaps it’ll help your fears, Vortex, to know that BP was just given a 9.9 billion dollar tax credit to help offset their losses from the oil spill.

A figure that, in one of life’s little coincidences, matches the yearly budget of the EPA.

But don’t worry…the Republicans in the House are trying to block that sort of outlandish spending….not to BP, of course…only to the EPA.

Easy solution. Form a business, make billions in overseas profits, and lobby your buddies in the WH. Voila!

Aw, I shouldn’t have to go to all that trouble just fulfill “stop taxing different people differently”.

Besides, maybe it would be easier to just cause a massive oil spill. BP just got a 9.9 billion dollar tax credit for causing theirs.
