but you will have to worry about the facial tan lines if you’re out in the sun too much day in and day out (like me at the grocery store gathering carts)
When people really smile, their eyes and body language show it. You don’t have to see their mouths. Having been in business settings where ‘smiling’ is practically mandatory, I learned a long time ago to look at eyes and posture, not at mouths. You can still smile with a mask on — if it is a ‘real’ smile, then your eyes and stance will show it.
It’s better than catching it and dying. If everyone wore a mask when outside and practiced proper hygiene we would clamp this down in 6 – 8 weeks and be in a situation like New Zealand with 6 new cases this week and a total of 22 deaths from COVID-19 since March. Since March.

I miss my lip gloss. And being able to smile at people in the grocery store.

It’s those permanent facial creases, after I take the mask off, that disturbs my dog.

The nice thing about a mask …. You may make a weird face at someone and they won’t know it ;-)

I smile when I’m LEAVING the grocery store, because most people in there are pains in the @$$.

I miss smiling at people. It’s a nice form of silent communication.

So what does a mask face tan look like? Especially when combined with Raccoon eyes from sun glasses.

The upside is that no matter how silly you might look in a mask, glasses and gloves, no one can tell who you are anyway.

I don’t shave as often now, tbh. And I try to smile with my eyes. :D
